A scrapbook of inadmissible line complexes for the X-ray transform

چکیده
We consider a finite field model of the X-ray transform that integrates functions along lines in dimension 3, within context fields. The admissibility problem asks for minimal sets which restricted is invertible. Graph theoretic conditions are known characterize admissible collections lines, and these have been counted using brute force computer program. Here we perform count by hand and, at same time, produce detailed illustration possible structures inadmissible complexes. resulting scrapbook may be interest an artificial intelligence approach to enumerating illustrating complexes arbitrary dimensions (arbitrarily large ambient spaces, with transforms integrating over subspaces dimensions.)

The X-ray Transform and its Application in Nano Crystallography
In this article a review on the definition of the X- ray transform and some ofits applications in Nano crystallography is presented. We shall show that the X- raytransform is a special case of the Radon transform on homogeneous spaces when thetopological group E(n)- the Euclidean group - acts on ℝ2 transitively. First someproperties of the Radon transform are investigated then the relationship ...

متن کاملAdmissible Complexes for the Projective X-ray Transform over a Finite Field
We consider the X-ray transform in a projective space over a finite field. It is well known (after E. Bolker) that this transform is injective. We formulate an analog of I.M. Gelfand’s admissibility problem for the Radon transform, which asks for a classification of all minimal sets of lines for which the restricted Radon transform is injective. The solution involves doubly ruled quadric surfaces.
متن کاملTwo Bounds for the X-ray Transform
We use the arithmetic-combinatorial method of Katz and Tao to give mixed-norm estimates for the x-ray transform on R when d ≥ 4. As an application, we obtain an improved estimate for the Hausdorff dimension of (d, k) sets, which are subsets of R containing a translate of every k-plane.
